Im not conviced by your sac outlets to be honest. They all require you to pay mana in order to sacrifice a creature as far as I see.Viscera Seer and Cartel Aristocrat would do a better job in killing your own stuff.

I haven't had any problems with it. Children of Korlis, Selfless Spirit, and Walking Ballista can all sac themselves without use of mana, and Hidden Stockpile replaces the creature at EOT, so the 1 mana is worth it to me. Viscera Seer might be worth it, but I'll have to playtest a little to see where it fits. I don't really want to give up any of my other 2 drops for Cartel Aristocrat. While it does sac creatures, its effect isn't as helpful to my deck. Selfless Spirit is better IMO since it has flying, and can protect all my creatures(if I happen to want them protected). Thank you for your suggestions, lukas96

Well i dont see how you are able to kill our opponent quickly when you only have 3 creatures that are able to kill them selfs because each of them Should only be worth 1-2 life. Those two will make your deck much faster because you can play a spell and sac as many creatures as you want.

Hidden stockpile is decent your right, but it doeasnt have to use its second ability to produce a token so it would be even better with the two suggested cards.

Maybe an Exquisite Blood? Or a Sanguine Bond? Or both?

Or a creature, that is able to sac creatures... Would be a pretty good synergy I suppose.

Fun deck! I love the drain mechanic, how has this playtested?

Forceofnature1, I have made a lot of changes lately, so I haven't fully tested it in its current state. Previous tests and casual play have been encouraging. This is a fun deck to play.

Nice deck I like Promise of Bunrei. What do you think of Thoughtpicker Witch and Doomed Traveler, I think they perfectly fits here.

Loganrockwitch, I like the Thoughtpicker Witch as a possible sideboard against more control-ish decks. I doubt I would want it mainboard. Doomed Traveler is one card I thought about in the beginning stages of building this deck, but I have found more efficient alternatives. Thank you for taking the time to check out my deck and giving suggestions!!!

Since you're running black and white and building around drain, Cliffhaven Vampire is fun for doubling drain damage. I run him with extort and Campaign of Vengeance

Since your creatures die, I suggest Dictate of Erebos

Elenda, the Dusk Rose could be fun here

Ever thought of Burrenton Forge-Tender as a sideboard card, or maybe a 1 of in the main? It doesn't seem like you really need it in the burn matchup with all the lifegain, but it could be neat. And how about Rally the Ancestors as a backup Athreos?

Tidehollow Sculler could be fun. If you sacrifice it before it's effect resolves, then the card you choose from their hand stay exiled forever.

I don't really know where you might go with this but whenever I see Children of Korlis I think Wall of Blood. maybe you could do something with Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim I think that could definitely be useful in this deck if not only a sideboard card. it would fill a similar function to Thoughtseize or path. idk if there is any black/ white fling card but if you could find one that could be an alternate win condition if you need to win the game more quickly with Wall of Blood. anyways maybe not helpful but I don't know.

I am surprised that Deathgreeter isn't in this deck. Yes it is only gain life but there are ways to turn life gain into life loss.

BigBossDiesel84 Deathgreeter was in my original build, but I took it out in favor of the one-drops that can sacrifice themselves at will. The small life gain that it provided was not nearly as helpful as being able to trigger my other abilities whenever I need to.

Why aren't you playing a playset of Viscera Seer? I think it would be very helpful to have one of these when i have Bitterblossom or Promise of Bunrei because if i have Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat out it could create a lot of life loss for your opponent. Not to mention it can also sacrifice itself if needed. Maybe switch out your Children of Korlis and maybe Fulminator Mage and one of your Skirsdag High Priests and Torgaar, Famine Incarnate. (BTW i like your deck;)

I really liked the idea of the deck and how interactive is with the opponent. Thanks for sharing it and updating it, I'll keep an eye on it!

This is the version ive been messing with. I know you wanted to avoid red and thats fine but i would def consider Immortal Servitude as well as Dusk / Dawn

I love the deck! I get that the 1 mana self sacking creatures paired with Athreos, God of Passage must be insane with the drain triggers (or 3 life to the face) but did you consider running the likes of Cartel Aristocrat Bloodsoaked Champion Lingering Souls in a more aristocrats style deck? Cartel Aristocrat your free sac outlet will constantly have protection in this deck, Bloodsoaked Champion has recursion so you can keep casting, if they take the athreos damage you can play him again, if they don’t take the damage you guessed it you can play him again. Lingering Souls is just one of the best cards in modern for BW sac fodder, flyers and recursion.

Continuing this way does open you up to Xathrid Necromancer because of the humans but I’ve never found it to work out that well myself. Elenda, the Dusk Rose is another option to crank up the tokens by doing what you’re doing anyway but I imagine Teysa is a better filler for that drop anyway.

Vizkopa Guildmage basically gives you pay three mana and double your drain, before you sack the board that would be devastating.

Another human with great synergy for the deck humanless or not is Qarsi Sadist

Thank you, DarkMarine911! I appreciate the vote! I'll definitely check out your deck, however, I'm terrible at legacy so I doubt I'll be able to offer any help!
