This is me trying to build a budget Talrand deck. My first EDH deck was am updated version of the precon 2016 with Meren of Clan Nel Toth as general. But it seems that many players hate her and i wont get a fun game by playing her.. So i wanted a casual deck which is this. I just want to sit there and say no. Is this deck any good? What can i do better?
