I have no idea how to build a commander deck and here is my first try. So, basically this deck has legendary permanents and legendary synergy cards. It also has some basic cards in there too, so it is not too gimmicky. This is a budget deck for your convenience as well as mine. I will try to make it less then 100 bucks, but that is not a guarantee.
