Update

The deck is now a Jodah deck that moves around a spellslinger theme, the previous heroic support was replaced by equippment support and then by this version.

Deck Theme

What started as joke post in Facebook, ended up with 450 comments and a true deck. I wanted to build a casual deck around a major theme: Hunks, attractive men, beefy men, or as we call them in my country, Chongos!

The colors

Initially I considered Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis, because they are exactly what I was aiming for. However I already have a K&T deck and when I tried a Jeskai Ascendancy version with this subtheme, but it didn't work. Most of the green mana dorks, the best ones at least, are women. So I returned to my original idea of a sort of five colors Jeskai deck, the main strategy revolves around a five color Edric plan, whith a spellslinger subtheme,with many Therosi because boy, Theros is the hunkiest plane of the multiverse. Overall it's an aggro deck.

The commanders

Finally I chose Jodah because I didn't want to focus on artifacts or equipments, but rather the hunks, so I opted for card value. And Jodah well, immortality does the body good.

Inclusions

Black gives us access to orzhov removal (Sorin). Venser arguably one of the most handsome planeswalkers of the game, works well here making them unblockable, and there are other hunky planeswalkers aswell. The decks some hymns that buff our creatures. There is some ramp and card draw, that tries to stay true to the theme or at least neutral. There are a lot of pet cards in this deck, one could even argue that most of the deck can fit that category. I wanted to share other options I considered, its kind of an informal Hunks of the multiverse list.
