This is my current Brago, King Eternal deck. Like all my decks, I build to my own sense of fun. For this deck, I wanted a gameplan that could go toe to toe with the degeneracy my playgroup had.

Power Level: 9

Main win-con: Opponent concession from stax after Brago and Strionic Resonator pop-off

Alternative win-con: Rest in Peace / Helm of Obedience combo

Strategy: You are going to need to get Brago out, have Strionic Resonator in hand, have a protection spell to cover people trying to stop you, and connect with Brago. From there the game is typically over. This sounds like a lot of steps, but is typically easy to pull off due to the stax nature of the deck. With our extra mana rocks and Brago being able to bounce them for extra mana, we can make an asymetrical board state around the nasty stax pieces the deck has. Just grind the game down to a halt, find that Resonator, and win!

Combo: The main combo in the deck is using Strionic Resonator, two mana of mana rocks, and Brago's triggered ability to make an "infinite" loop of bouncing. With that you can usually force a concession through mass destruction (Reality Acid, Detention Sphere, etc). If that isn't in the cards you can also win with the good old Helm of Obedience/Rest in Peace combo.
