Blah, blah, blah, humans deck using Champion of the Parish. BUT WAIT!!

Blood Artist is simply too good to splash for. Add in some sacrifice outlets and boardwipes and we have a winner!

Our sacrifice outlets all generate some kind of advantage, whether it's in +1/+1 counters ( Bloodflow Connoisseur / Falkenrath Torturer ), evasion ( Falkenrath Torturer ), or card draw (Altar's Reap).

Champion of the Parish is our main beater, rushing quickly into opponents and getting big fast. Doomed Traveler is an excellent sackee, providing a creature that's better than its original form. Gather the Townsfolk is another excellent spell, for both tokens and sacrifice fodder. Fiend Hunter equals permanent removal when paired with a sack outlet, and Silverblade Paladin is a great finisher. Elite Inquisitor is protection from the meta.

For our removal package, Fiend Hunter has already been mentioned. Joining him are Bonds of Faith , either a decent buff or a Pacifism , Divine Reckoning as a boardwipe that triggers Blood Artist many times and keeps our best creature, and Sever the Bloodline for pesky token armies and indestructibles and co.

Vault of the Archangel is a great late game mana sink, and Cavern of Souls is probably the best land in the block.

Onto the sideboard. Barter in Blood is defense against hexproof decks (getting rid of Geist of Saint Traft or Lumberknot is huge against those decks!), and Urgent Exorcism is great against Aura and Spirit strategies.
