Step 1: Get 2x Myr Galvanizer and at least 2x Alloy Myr onto the field Step 2: Get an infinite untap combo going (with Staff of Domination, Kiora's Followers/Seeker of Skybreak & Illusionist's Bracers, etc.) Step 3: Ask your opponent if they want to surrender, or shuffle their deck. They won't want to lose, and as such will shuffle their deck. Repeat this process (by untapping a soldier of fortune and then using the infinite mana to force them to shuffle) until they decide that it just isn't worth their time anymore, and concede. Step 4: Make them buy you some ice cream or something. You deserve it.

Suggested Step 5:Bring this deck to the protour

NOTE: If you have no money like me then there is no reason to really have the paradise islands in here. Just throw in 2 islands and 2 forests or something. Or you can throw in some birds of paradise or something else. I don't really care.

Birds of Paradise If you feel like you need more multicolored mana. You can also put in any other similar card if you feel like it. Storm Crow is the best card in the game. If you feel as though you need to run 20 copies of it, I won't stop you. Cateran Summons Costs 20 cents, which is around 6 bucks cheaper than Worldly Tutor. If you feel like saving yourself $18, you can run Cateran Summons instead, and buy yourself 90 copies of Storm Crow with the money you saved.
