This deck is built around building up a wall of enchantments that assist you while slowly killing your opponents. Kess, Dissident Mage provides reliable spell recursion from the graveyard and stays away from the semi-group-hugginess (I don't think that's a real phrase) of Nekusar, the Mindrazer.

The deck flows smoothly through playtesting, although it is heavily reliant on the enchantments and Geth's Grimoire to keep card advantage (and additional damage when casting Windfall). While waiting for Windfall, the deck can semi-control the game through forcing opponents to discard their cards to remove that form of advantage for them. To ensure that the game doesn't stretch out because of this, the enchantments Painful Quandary, Quest for the Nihil Stone, and Shrieking Affliction whittle away their life for not having enough cards.

Keeping yourself alive with minimal amounts of creatures is one of the difficulties this deck faces, so I added in Lethal Vapors and Propaganda but other suggestions along those lines would work well.

The other issue this deck runs into is keeping enchantments on the field. Although enchantment removal is not too prevalent in my playgroup (besides boardwipes), the deck quickly runs out of steam if the enchantments are destroyed. Currently, my only solution is to shuffle the graveyard back into the library with Elixir of Immortality and Time Reversal.
