This deck was born from the idea "What if i used only counterspells?" First iteration ended up with around 40 counterspells and little to nothing else. Generated tons of hate, but failed to do more than that. This vaersion has less counterspells and some more random win cons. Deck uses only cards I have at my disposal and I primarily use it on 1v1 games. Works OK even against stuff like Surrak. For now I just want a place to store it, since I don't have many copies of certain cards and I will need those for other decks. Anyway, if you have any suggestions, would be glad to hear them out. Also,first deck I have courage to post online.

PS. After posting the deck I've noticed it's not as budget as it seems. It becomes budget if you don't use foils and swap Jaces for some card draw. They are completely optional
