The general goal of this deck is to enchant a creature with 2 enchantments, including Pariah and one other, such as Darksteel Mutation, Inviolability , or even Ghostly Possession . This will make you basically invulnerable to creatures. Then, outlast them by milling them. You will not get milled because of Elixir of Immortality. Considering this is a budget deck, there are MANY possible upgrades to make this better. This is just a guideline. Also, I feel I am not responsible for the most boring games of magic ever :)

Upgrades (non budget):

Mother of Runes - Swap this out for the Tasseled Dromedary . This will allow you to have a better creature on the board, and one that can protect itself before it becomes indestructible through one of your enchantments.

Mark of Asylum - Swap this out for 2 Ghostly Possession s and 2 other non-Pariah enchantments.

Rebuff the Wicked - Swap this out for 2 Shelters and 2 Gods Willings.

Enlightened Tutor - Swap this out for 4 Open the Armory s. It is a super effective tutor.

Emeria, The Sky Ruin - You might want this. It depends on how much removal there is in your playgroup.

Sideboard:

I did not include a sideboard because I want this deck to be as cheap as possible. However, if you do want a sideboard, here is one (non budget). Both sideboards need some work :)
