This deck is all about abusing Rakdos, Lord of Riots. Card like Earthquake and Flame Rift generate advantage quickly all due to hurting everyone in the process.

The plan behind the deck is to use Rakdos as a pseudo Animar while destroying the table bit by bit with plaer burn spells and Opponent Drain spells.

Hence flaying in the name.
