This is a good deck for modern that is as budget as I could make it without sacrificing too much playabilty. The mana base could be uped, but that's another 110$. I know the Chord of Calling and Collected Company are expensive, but let me know if there are cheaper alternatives that could work.

I found a card that can turn down the cost of the deck. Replace the Collected Company to Commune with the Gods. I know its worse because you can only choose one creature, the rest go to your graveyard, and the creature goes to your hand instead of the battlefield, but considering the price of Collected Company vs. Commune with the Gods, I would use Commune with the Gods to be able to budget out Collected Company When you see that Commune with the Gods brings up the Competitive meter higher than Collected Company does LMAO
