This deck is just straight-up control, just sling counter-spells everywhere, reload your hand with Arcanis the Omnipotent, and control the pace of the game until you can bring out a win condition. The easiest win condition goes as follows, Arcanis the Omnipotent + Laboratory Maniac + Mind Over Matter . Simply resolve the Mind over Matter with Arcanis out and win the game, given that Laboratory Maniac isn't countered, milled, exiled or killed, but that's what all the counter-spells are for. And if all else fails, you always have Blightsteel Colossus, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Capsize, and Bribery to make your opponent scoop their cards off the table.
