4. Hit Timestream Navigator, use his ability(since you have city's blessing for having 10 permanents). He goes to your library(as the only card), end your turn, get him back, repeat.

How do you win? You can make 8 artifacts with Mechanized Production

You can hit your opponent with Bloodlust Inciter every turn for 1 damage if he has no creatures able to block

You can do anything you want, you will anayway probably win with infinite turns
