Hour of Eternity + Marionette Master

The goal of the deck is to mill Marionette Master using Contingency Plan or discard it from your hand using any one of the several discard outlets and then reanimate it using Hour of Eternity so that it comes in as a 4/4 with fabricate 3. When your servos die, they'll deal 4 damage a piece to your opponent. Ideally, you'll be able to make x = 2 with 2 Marionette Masters for your Hour of Eternity and essentially win on the spot if your servos die. The rest of the deck is basic mono-blue control.

Currently the deck is mono blue to make full use of Engulf the Shore. However, you could certainly go blue-black and add in a lot of nice black control pieces as well as sac outlets for the servos once they're created. Using Hour of Eternity on Void Winnower is also a nice alt win condition for this deck.
