The key card is Thing in the Ice  . Use cards that deal with counters, such as Thrummingbird, Vampire Hexmage, and Clockspinning to remove counters from Thing in the Ice  , and add counters to Ludevic's Test Subject  . Transform them, and win with all the other horror-type creatures you have in play.

As per the suggestions of gseshadow (thanks again!), I've replaced Power Conduit with Clockspinning, and added another Artful Dodge in place of Core Prowler. I think Artful Dodge is really useful in this deck because of its low mana cost, and especially because of its Flashback ability - you can cast it twice! Thanks, guys. :)
