Budget EDH deck I threw together out of mostly played/bulk rare's I've acquired by buying collections over the years. I only had to trade for a few of the cards that I didn't have locally at the card stores. The main idea is to combo Horobi's ability and turn non-counterable lands and unconventional artifacts into free creature kills to keep the board clean for your beaters. The backup plan is mostly just power black and demon tribal. Kill some people with Shadow and Banding, or by giving them those keywords rather.
