This deck might be trying to do too many things at once, but I like the idea at least.

It is a budget five-color deck. As always, I'd like the price to be a little lower, but I think this is the best I can get this one for now.

It is an elemental tribal deck. Naturally, Horde of Notions pushes the deck in that direction, but elementals also have the benefit of having a lot of good ETB effects as well as a few with evoke options to cast them just as sorceries. So some of the removal and other utility is included in the choice of creatures. Elementals also like +1/+1 counters, and some of them let you remove counters to do things. So there are extra cards to add more +1/+1s like Cathars' Crusade and Hardened Scales.

Because this is a five-color deck, I decided to try Maze's End and included all the guildgates. This is a long shot, but if you happen to draw Maze's End early, you might have a chance. There is decent land/any permanent recursion in the deck. At the least, it could give your opponents a distraction while you cast and pump your elementals.

Since there is land recursion and elemental/other recursion in this deck, and it is five-color, I included Charmed Pendant for ramp. You might miss and flip a land, but if you flip an elemental you get the colored mana plus another card you can cast from your graveyard with Horde of Notions. And if you flip a gate, grab it with some recursion and you'll be one closer to making Maze's End something for your opponents to worry about.

Lastly, Omnath, Locus of Rage is killer with all the other elementals and the extra land drops. Be sure to grab him with Flamekin Harbinger if you have the mana to cast him.
