Horde of Notions EDH deck where lands matter!

The idea behind this deck was with a few of the recent legends printed, namely Omnath, Locus of Rage, Mina and Denn, Wildborn, and The Gitrog Monster. I looked for a Jund commander that could fit them all into one deck, but nothing really stood out, so I selected Horde of Notions at the helm. I like this commander, because it certainly works well with Omnath, Locus of Rage's elemental focus, and it also facilitates a little bit of a graveyard focus as well. I considered putting in some Awaken cards into the deck to push the elemental tribe still further, but honestly, almost all of them are trash anyway.

I've been asked why I chose to run more colors than Jund, since both Blue and White are less focused on lands. I found that the more digging I did, the more utility I could find within Blue (Patron of the Moonfolk, Urban Evolution, Sultai Ascendancy, etc.) and a few situations for white as well. Plus, if I do all five colors, it opens the deck up to Door to Nothingness and Maze's End. :)

This deck has a few core components that I'll touch on, but first, it should be noted that this deck is in its very early stages, and it might not fit together too well right now. So any suggestions you might have would be appreciated.

The first component is the lands themselves. There are 45 lands in the deck, a high number. I tried to keep as many basics as possible, considering all the ramp I'm using focuses mainly on basics. I also have the guildgates to go with Maze's End, and a few lands like Bant Panorama and Evolving Wilds, because they both fetch lands and send ones to the graveyard, which are important with both Omnath, Locus of Rage and The Gitrog Monster.

Secondly, there is ramp, and lots of it. I tried to find cards that would put lands directly on the battlefield, to be able to get as many landfall triggers as possible. Cards like Harrow, Sakura-Tribe Scout, and Urban Evolution fit in here.

Finally, there are landfall triggers, which benefit from me playing lands. Cards like Omnath, Locus of Rage, Tunneling Geopede, and Khalni Heart Expedition fit in here.

Finally, there's stuff that cares about having many lands on the battlefield or in the graveyard, namely Rubblehulk, Molimo, Maro-Sorcerer, and Worm Harvest.

That's the bulk of the deck! Thank you for checking it out, and leave any comments/questions/suggestions below.
