Introduction

A bowl full of Jhoirios and a can-do spirit helped Jhoira rebuild the Weatherlight. Screw Wheaties, just saying... This is a very fast, and somewhat budget build.

Strategy

1. Play Jhoira ASAP:

Usually a mana rock and some sort of cheerio artifact is a good starting hand. Getting Jhoira online is our #1 priority.

2. Play {0} Historic Spells/Mana Reducers:

Recommend not running the artifact lands due to Retract and friends and it doesn't help to draw cards as lands aren't "cast." Mana reducers such as Helm of Awakening help us drop our mana rocks and other non-Cheerio artifacts and are extremely useful in this deck. So much so I've included all of them.

3. Play Artifact Bounce Cards/Assemble Wincons:

Hurkyl's Recall, Retract, Paradoxical Outcome, and Rebuild with a decent amount of Cheerios will almost certainly let you win.

Wincons:

Aetherflux Reservoir: this is our storm wincon. Reckless Fireweaver, Firebrand Archer, and Nettle Drone: will ping everyone to death. Very useful early on in the game and if you run out of gas, your opponents will be nearly dead. Laboratory Maniac: drawing out the deck is easy to do here. Mana Severance pairs well with this.
