The idea is to clog the board with chumps until you get Chittering Host     out. And then get it out again. ;]

• Barrier of Bones will probably get you started, and has the added ability of gravescrying 1 card. You can filter chaff this way, or "store" things in your graveyard, and get whatever creature you want/need back later.
• Doomed Dissenter and Butcher Ghoul are your chumps and sac-fodder. And, since they both essentially return as 2/2s, you can also be "needlessly" aggressive with them. IF they die, then _good_.
• Once your stuff hits the board, you can still put them in the graveyard if you want with Bone Splinters and Altar's Reap. Especially both of the -drops mentioned above.
• Dig for what you need with Dusk Legion Zealot, Phyrexian Rager and Altar's Reap.
• When you cast Midnight Scavengers  , you can bring back any creature in your graveyard because they're all 3 CMC or less. If Midnight Scavengers   ends up in your graveyard _itself_, then you can use either Raise Dead or Mortuary Mire to get it back (or anything else).
• Lastly, keep your Chittering Host    s or whatever else alive with Undying Evil.
