This deck intends to use Nicol Bolas's ability to rot your opponents minds. With the support of enchantments that say things along then lines of "creature enters and deals damage" as well as Wheel of Fortune effects and ways to punish opponents for discarding.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I recently changed the deck to be more on the discard plan partly for more consistency and because it is a pretty good method of control.
