HFC: Humans Finding Counters

I have been browsing through Naya humans and have discovered that quite a few humans make use of the +1/+1 counter mechanic. So, here I am theory crafting a deck that I hope to test on MGO before buying the real thing (assuming that it proves itself worthy). I would love to hear opinions and feedback / constructive criticism. The deck is fairly straight forward, you have humans, they have synergy with each other and +1/+1 counters. You win with creatures. No fancy combos to think through.

Update:

So I built the deck on MGTO and play tested it a bit. First I tested it against my friends budget soul sisters deck, and got utterly destroyed. Before I ran out of time in the day to play MGTO (yes, I had to be done by a certain time) I got to play a full match vs a Black / White modern Knights deck using some of the new dominaria cards. I went 2/1 against it, though still discovered that the deck wasn't doing what it wanted to do. Its funny how you feel out a deck when playing it, like you didn't know it before. So I took a lot of cards that were in the sideboard and mainboarded them.. and the sideboard is now a complete mess that needs to be reworked. But this is where I am at right now, still feeling out the deck and making improvements and open to opinions.
