Maybeboard

This is my attempt at building a layered combo deck utilizing the ever consistent Hermit Druid to set up the Food Chain combo with Prossh. This deck trades a small amount of consistency in our main food chain plan for the speed that the Hermit Druid lines add.

Food Chain + Prossh, Skyraider of Kher + Creature Wincon: Cast food chain and use it to exile your mana dorks for mana. Use creatures from your hand as pseudo rituals for mana until you can cast Prossh. ((Begin Loop)) Exile Prossh for seven mana of any color. Next, exile three kobalds for BRG (jund), and then exile kobalds until you have enough mana to pay for Prossh’s Commander Tax (not necessary for first iteration). Now recast Prossh ((End Loop)). For each loop, you net 3 kobalds and 2 mana of any color that you sacrificed Prossh for. Use some of your infinite mana to cast a creature wincon such as Blood Artist, or tutor up a creature wincon with cards like Imperial Recruiter
The current Hermit Druid line requires you to untap with three mana, and hermit druid. First, you tap hermit druid to mill your entire library. Next, you activate Haunted Dead discarding any future combo pieces and creating two bodies. Sacrifice your three creatures to Dread Return and reanimate Goblin Dark-Dwellers. When it enters, cast Yawgmoth's Will for free. Cast rituals from your graveyard until you can cast Food Chain. Cast more rituals until you can get a single creature into play (or just play Dryad Arbor). Now start the basic food chain line, replacing creatures in hand with creatures in the graveyard.
This is not the fastest deck out there, but it has a very similar goldfish speed to the fastest decks in the meta. If it comes down to a race, it’ll likely come down to whoever went first. Without blue interaction, this deck finds itself in a losing position to anyone who can outpace it’s clock. This deck is not frail, so if a blue player at the table gets bullied into stopping the other racers, you are a favorite to win. Cards such as Tormod's Crypt, Natural State, and Faerie Macabre can be side boarded in if you want some checks to common fast decks in cEDH. Tutors like Sylvan Tutor and Dimir Machinations can be sided in for increased consistency
One of this deck’s better matchups. Slow combo decks will have a hard time interacting with this deck, and we will generally be faster than them. It’ll usually come down to how fast your clock is, or how much blue hate you have access to on Combo turn. They will usually have to decide between trying to stop you, or trying to race you. Both situations can be favorable to you, as you are very resilient, and very fast.
Compared to other fast combo decks we have a very good control matchup. The longer the game goes, the more we are able to protect ourselfs, and the better board-state we can build. If the table manages to get rid of our food chain plan permanently, Prossh is a great value engine, and can beat down the opponent while maintains cards in hand. If Control is prominent in the meta, then you can sideboard in Skullclamp and Beastmaster Ascension for some extra power in fighting through counter spells and board wipes. If you are facing three control decks, Hermit Druid is notably more risky, as they are more likely to have instant speed answers, or removal. Because of this, Sidboarding out Worldly Tutor for Dimir Machinations is a possibility.

Stax is our best matchup by far. Outside of a turn 1 Trinisphere, they can do very little to stop us. Unlike Food Chain Tazri, Food Chain Prossh cares very little about Stax pieces. The combo still works through Sphere of Resistance, and most of our wincons still work through Torpor Orb. The food chain combo still works through Humility, and so does Goblin Bushwacker as a wincon. Even under a very oppressive board state, Prossh can often produce more value than the Stax deck can deny.
This is mainly in the deck as part of the hermit Druid line, but it can also serve as a creature wincon for the basic food chain line if you have a tutor like Demonic Tutor in the graveyard. 90% of the time you will be tutoring up Food Chain, so this is a fairly common scenario.
