Deck made entirely of permanents with the exception of primal surge..

repeating the process in Primal Surge is a must, as long as permanents keep coming, so you would put your entire deck on the table and draw from an empty library the next turn. Concordant Crossroads gives everything haste, so you can win in the same turn. I would be careful with creatures that force you to draw additional cards though, such as Armorcraft would lose the game if such a card is still in your library when you cast Primal Surge

Yah that was a concern of mine however primal says exile it and you may out it in play. So you don't have to completely empty your library

OK I only repeat the process, if you choose to put it on the battlefield so you can stop after exiling the next card. Then it's not so risky after all!
