This is an upgrade of what once was my original build of this deck, which was rather budget but prices always fluctuate. Still, at around $170, and with no card over $5*, I tried to create a more wallet friendly parallel of what my deck eventually became. I will keep an eye out for other ways to further cheapen the deck while keeping its purpose at heart.

The main goal of the deck is to sliver. Also, Primal Surge. It's all permanents and therefore we are a bit starved for certain options, such as board wipes, or similar removal, but we have unique answers such as Harmonic Sliver or Necrotic Sliver . Also, Tamiyo's Journal doubles up as draw or tutor for when Overlord gets targeted and for what Overlord can't tutor.

• The only card above $5 is Sliver Hive , and since that is OUR land, we must include it. No questions asked.

I know that the key big daddies have spiked in price recently ( Sliver Queen has been fluctuating around $40-80 because of the reserved list, Sliver Legion has yet to see a reprint and so it's around $50 as of March 2019, Sliver Hivelord just got bought out so it's at $25), but they're irreplaceable. If you come across a good deal or extra money, it's definitely worth the investment.
