Hello and as you can tell by the title i'm in need of some help. As a player who wants to step out of the causal setting of magic and want to be more competitive I have came here. I run a white/green counter based deck with some other mechanics in there. I don't mind changing the deck up a bit if it improves it overall. On a money standpoint I have a medium sized budget to spend on magic so keep that in mind when suggesting cards. Thanks in advance for any advice given.
