I have done some massive overhauling on this deck list. I went to a mono-blue, adding a lot along the way.
I'm trying to keep this a bit budget, but cards I bought for $0.15-$0.30, are now a couple bucks.

I struggled with cutting the black out of this deck, but i decided to cut it for consistency.

I seriously think with a little bit of modification to the mana base, to include a little black, you could add Glimpse the Unthinkable; a straight swap of the Mind Sculpt's for Mind Funeral, and maybe finding space for a Mystic Retrieval or 2, you could really up this to tournament level of play.

I have been playing this as mono blue for the last 8 months or so, and I'm loving it. It has counter spells where I need them, when I need them.

Had some great games against agro, where I was dropping an Archive Trap on their first turn, and dropping a Jace's Phantasm on mine, being able to out race them in damage. Or the few but amazing games where I've been able to mill someone out on turn 3.

I wish I could find more modern events in my area.
