Whilst i love this theme, you are forgetting the greatest doggo of all Isamaru, Hound of Konda. Otherwise this deck is a total win.

I totally do agree on Isamaru. He needs to be here, at least one or two copies. Ainok Survivalist, on the other hand, seems not powerful enough to play four colours just for it. I'd suggest to drop it. Instead you could play either Isamaru or Mogis's Warhound.

Thats an impressive feet; great job man! Encampment Keeper seems like a good replacement for Warclamp Mastiff for the incredibly rare occasion where the 8 mana ability comes in handy.

I'd say Wild Mongrel is a fair sight better than Patrol Hound (or Boros Mastiff.) It's not like the Mastiff would ever be able to share Lifelink through Concerted Effort, anyway.

Jackal Pup might also be preferable to Jackal Familiar, depending on how much removal you're coming up against.

Unclaimed Territory seems like an obvious addition if you are dead set on playing 3 or more colors

Mongrel Pack makes more hounds, and makes opponents think twice about blocking. I know you're splashing green/black, but if you're using 4 Concerted Efforts, going wide with tokens would be pretty nice. It does drive up your CMC.

Blazing Hellhound allows you to sacrifice creatures/your whole board to deal that last bit of damage, or get value before a board wipe. I'd be worried about playing all these low CMC dogs, and then getting blown out by Sphere of Safety, or Toxic Deluge, or something. The sacrifice source gives you a bit more interaction with something like that. Also, late game you could sac Underworld Cerberus and replay all your fallen doggos (and then sac them again, you monster).

I'm back with a new suggestion: Supernatural Stamina

Why, you ask?

Have cerberus in play and many creatures in your grave. When cerberus would die, target it with stamina. It will die, but then return to the battlefield. The way it's texted, it will still return all these creatures to your hand. Have fun with your rebornn doggos.
