This is a dumb but potentially reliable infinite combo that's sure to be not at all competitive but fun if it goes off. Based this off a post in /r/badmtgcombos
The lines of play revolve around having Falkenrath Noble, Poison-Tip Archer, or Vindictive Vampire in play. Marionette Master works too since we are going infinite with Myr Retriever death loops. Pawn of Ulamog generates an instantly dying creature each time the loop triggers, which will double up the damage you are dealing with your pingers.
Heartless Summoning in play, play a Myr, it dies, play another Myr, it dies and brings back the first Myr. Do this forever with any one of the above triggers in play and you are set. Pitiless Plunderer in play will net you one mana per death which can help you cast your pingers if they were in hand when this all started.
Potential turn order:
T1 Land
T2 Land, Heartless
T3 Land, Pitiless Plunderer (2 Mana), Myr (free) - dies, Myr (free) - dies and starts loop. Generates infinite mana, cast any pinger from hand.
Use Diabolic Tutor once mana goes infinite if you don't have a finisher in hand.
Nether Traitor also can go infinite with Pitiless Plunderer in play, and will likely take a spot once I get my hands on 4 of them. Reassembling Skeleton is another recursion creature that goes infinite with 2 Plunderers in play so isn't an auto include.
