Deck Goals

    There are two primary ways to win with this deck. 1) Get out Brimaz, King of Oreskos and then buff with equipment and enchantments to deal 21 commander damage or 2) Build an army of buffed smaller creatures and overwhelm an opponent's defenses.

Card Explanations

——Sweepers——

As commander is generally a 4+ player game, the deck is loaded with sweeping potential (Fated Retribution, Kirtar's Wrath, Mass Calcify , Planar Cleansing, Sunblast Angel, Terminus, Winds of Rath, Wrath of God).

——Army Buffers——

To achieve the second win condition we need multiple creature buffes and they come in the form of creatures and/or enchantments (Angel of Jubilation, Archangel of Thune, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Captain of the Watch, Cathars' Crusade, Crusade , Intangible Virtue, Kongming, "Sleeping Dragon" , Spear of Heliod).

——Targeted Buffing——

To achieve our primary win condition we need multiple targeting buffing which comes in the form of equipment and auras ( Cho-Manno's Blessing , Ethereal Armor, Flickerform, General's Kabuto , Gift of Immortality, Indestructibility, Kithkin Armor , Scythe of the Wretched, Seeker , Sphere of Safety, Swiftfoot Boots, Sword of Body and Mind, Sword of the Paruns).

——Filtering——

To remain consistent or to search for outs we need some filtering which is achieved by a few cards (Enlightened Tutor, Plea for Guidance, Ring of Three Wishes, Visions , Weathered Wayfarer).
