An angry hate magnet of a deck. Hurt everyone around you and when they come for vengeance take as many of them with you as possible.

I aim to play as many cards that punish my opponents in a multitude of ways. Like to draw cards? Lose life. Play lands? Lose life. Have an upkeep? Lose half your life. Top it all off with a second helping via wound reflection or surprise dictate of the twin gods.

Playing mogis by turn four is a must for this deck, getting him out turn two or three is not uncommon. Once out he is rarely a creature until the late game and thus very hard to remove as he slowly bleeds everybody for two. Opponents rarely sack dudes unless they get tokens out. Once Mogis is out it's time to layer on more pain inducing cards like sulfiric vortex or Mana Barbs

The dream is to drop a havoc festival or Hidetsugu with a wound reflection. Dictate of the twin gods works with hidetsugu as well. The deck also packs Bloodchief ascension + Mind Crank. The deck takes a lot of hate once it gets going and it's very possible to kill yourself in the process but this deck doesn't mind. It just wants to watch the world burn.
