My personal take on a Karador, Ghost Chieftain hatebears list leading up to the Boonweaver Giant or other combo. My meta is pretty aggressive, hence the low curve. Certain "staples" of hatebears lists such as Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Leonin Arbiter aren't in this list because they have too little impact unless in the opening hand in the case of old Thalia, or are too detrimental for my own plan in the case of the Arbiter.

This used to be my Ghave Hardcore Combo deck, but one of my friends plays a Sidisi, Brood Tyrant deck and was much more consistent. I decided to switch to a graveyard focused list, and Karador just made more sense at that point.

Over time, our respective decks fed off of each other and morphed into a disruption/aggro list for him and a pseudo-pillowfort/hatebear/combo shell for me. He has recently moved on from his Sidisi list into Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder combo/storm/value train, bringing with it a new set of challenges.

All that is needed for the Boonweaver Giant combo is the namesake card and a sac outlet, which in this list are Carrion Feeder, Viscera Seer, and Altar of Dementia, to put every creature in my deck into play, including Karmic Guide, Reveillark, and Blood Artist, allowing for infinite drains and recursion of other utility creatures.

Any opinions about my inclusions or lack-thereof would be greatly appreciated! This deck is always changing with my meta to deal with new potential threats.
