Still a "prototype". Was planning on dismantling one of my old decks and utilize some of the cards in this one. Never played black that much to know would this even work properly.

All instants works with Isochron Scepter. You can also fetch almost all of them (and the Scepter itself) with Dimir Infiltrator or Muddle the Mixture.

Isochron Scepter + Manamorphose works even without red or green, thanks to scepter. In this case it's basically one free draw every turn. Mana you got from this can be utilized with other Scepters or just straight instants.

Main idea is that this deck runs pretty well even without Scepter but with it, it will destroy friendships and initiate eternal hate towards the player.

All budget modern dimir suggestions are welcomed. Especially creaturewise some help may be needed.

And when I say budget, I mean that I would like to keep the overall price under $200. I like to make my decks as googd as possible but still, this is more a casual deck than competitive for sure.

So, even if these cards would be amazing for this deck, I wont be adding the:
