I've always been a fan of the Blue/Red color combination, and Harness the Storm has stood out to me as an interesting card with a lot of potential. After some thinking I ended up with this list , which is a Harness the Storm + Pyromancer Ascension combo strategy focused on copying spells to either deal massive damage or draw tons of cards.
With one active Pyromancer Ascension and one Harness the Storm, it's possible to deal 12 damage with two red mana. Cast lightning bolt while one is in your graveyard, triggering Pyromancer Ascension to double it. Then pay R to play a lightning bolt from your graveyard with Harness the Storm, triggering Pyromancer Ascension to double that. Often times you will have 2 of each enchantment, and of you somehow hit all 8 then you can deal 30 for RRRR.
Thanks to u/Wintersmith7 on Reddit for suggesting Remand. With both the enchantments active you can Remand their spell with a copy, and remand your original remand with a copy. This draws you two cards and lets you cast remand again if you have the mana.
This deck is strongest against other combo strategies due to not being an all in deck, so your mana leak can stop them from going off. This deck is weakest against heavy enchantment removal and graveyard hate. One strategy to avoid this could be a transformative sideboard (-4 Harness, -4 ascension, -2 pyroclasm. +4 delver, +3 swiftspear, +3 stormchaser) to swap into an aggressive delver deck game 2.
Note: This deck is bad. It's slow and only works in Magical Christmas Land unless you get very lucky. It's hard to turn on Ascension and Harness the Storm is not a good card. I'm keeping this list around because it's funny and the spiciest brew I've ever made.
