2 of my absolute favorite cards are Blightning and Ajani Vengeant. With that in mind, here is the first attempts at building a deck using them.

The name for the deck comes from House Harkonnen, one of the most ruthless houses in Dune. Average tactics for winning over the public, and winning a battle are pretty much the same. Destroy and tax until desired result is achieved.
