Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons

So i built myself a Hapatra EDH Deck, but i think it could need some improvement.I don't really know what to change... There could be more Lands, but i tested it and it seems to be ok.Until yesterday... I played against my Brother and he played the C17 Vampire Deck and he smashed me to smithereens...

So my basic and most known Strategy is:

Blowfly Infestation + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + Parallel Lives or with Doubling Season to create muchas Snakes. To pump up this Tokens i mainly choose Coat of Arms, Craterhoof Behemoth and Overrun.

Some other WinCons are Nest of Scarabs, Flourishing Defenses and the nasty Revel in Riches.

The lifegain combos with Blood Artist, Essence Warden, Falkenrath Noble and so on, top the deck of imo.

So my Question is, what should i change?I thought of Tainted Remedy to stop my Opponents to gain life, Strionic Resonator to get even more Value of my Commander and i need something similar to Black Sun's Zenith to wipe the Board and get some Value out of the Wipe.

Would be great if some People could help me, i love the Theme of the Deck and would love to play that at my LGS.
