The first version of my Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons deck.

Combos

The Devoted Druid Combo

The deck's main goal is to get Devoted Druid and Quillspike onto the battlefield. You can tap and untap Devoted Druid and use the mana to activate Quillspike's ability, creating a infinitely powerful creature to swing at an opponent.

If Obelisk Spider is on the battlefield you will drain all your opponents' life totals to zero. If Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons or Nest of Scarabs is on the battlefield you will create an infinite amount of tokens.

The best way to pull this combo off is to use Protean Hulk, Defense of the Heart, or Chord of Calling to put Devoted Druid and Quillspike onto the battlefield. Using a removal spell to kill Protean Hulk on your opponent's end step is the best way to ensure the combo works since BG lacks a way to give our creatures haste.

The Blowfly Infestation Combo

One of the easiest combos to assemble, Blowfly Infestation will go infinite with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons/Nest of Scarabs. You can kick off this combo by putting a -1/-1 counter on a snake token, creating another token in the process. Then put the -1/-1 counter from Blowfly Infestation onto the new token and repeat the process.

Pair this combo with Obelisk Spider or Zulaport Cutthroat to drain your opponents of all their life or make an infinite army of tokens with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons/Nest of Scarabs.

Creating Infinite Mana

Marath, Will of the Wild's best friend Ivy Lane Denizen is also a friend of Hapatra, and is able to generate infinite mana with Devoted Druid. As long as you have Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons on the battlefield you can place a +1/+1 counter on Devoted Druid to negate the -1/-1 counter used to untap it, thus creating infinite green mana.

In the process you will also make infinite snake tokens to overcome your enemies. Use your mana to play cards like Craterhoof Behemoth to win the game.
