Saw Hallar, the Firefletcher, he's small, cheap and Legendary. Just thought he might make a decent commander. Deck works with the Kicker mechanic to activate Hallar's ability and some cool side effects and stuff. Basically just Kicker, some mana ramp, many many +1/+1 counters just for him and then nice cards. Ultimately it should be decent and if you have any questions as to why certain cards are in there, don't hesitate to ask. This deck has been proven successful as it commonly wipes out all the other players in one turn. Hope you like it!
