Me attempting to make a budget illusion aggro deck... how well can I do?

I want to keep Halcyon Glaze in here, this deck's purpose is to build around it.

Other than that, please help, I welcome all suggestions and want to make this one of the best Aggro decks out there. Especially since it will be a mono-blue aggro deck... a deck structure which is almost never seen.

Shout-out to Saljen for his input on how to improve the deck.

Saljen suggested quite a few good changes to the original 10$ deck. While the changes do take the deck away from being budget, they certainly place it on a higher level of competitive ability.

2xPhantom Welp-->2xGrand Architect
1xHalcyon Glaze + 2xVeiled Sentry + 1xIllusory Angel --> 4xAether Vial
3xIllusionary Servant --> 3xDaze
4xMana Leak --> 4xCounterspell
2xIsland + 1xLord of the Unreal --> 3xKrovikan Mist

The goal of these changes was to give the deck a better match-up against storm and control, which both are quite difficult match-ups for an illusion aggro deck. These changes present me with far more solid illusion creatures, a deeper pool of control spells, and a method to play these creatures without sacrificing mana, thus leaving my counter-spells open to me.
