While in the beginning of the Khans release this deck was standing strong, it has begun to falter due to the new style of play brought about by Khans. However, I am stubborn as hell and want to stay in mono-Blue. I have been tweaking the deck and my goal is to make it viable in the current wedge block. I really like the changes I have made so far, but I am open to suggestions.
