Gyruspod is a Birthing Pod based deck that tries to use a combination of self-mill, sac outlets, and tutors to assemble a graveyard full of value for Gyrus, Waker of Corpses. The deck is mostly value-driven with several cool combat tricks like Rakdos the Defiler and Master of Cruelties, token flood like Avenger of Zendikar, and big board swings like Malfegor, though it does have a combo it can tutor to close out games-- namely Mikaeus, the Unhallowed with Triskelion.

Without its commander or Mikaeus, it can take up the role of a ramp "Jund good stuff" deck with tried and true bombs like Grave Titan and Garruk, Apex Predator to mop up games against lots of graveyard hate.
