Theme

Pillow fort / political deck.

Strategy

Don't get killed. Don't get hurted. Don't get hated. Don't be aggressive. At the end, stab them all on their back.

This maybe could sound boring or annoying, and it's partially true. 100% sure that it won't be boring, 50% sure that it won't be annoying (and the other 50% will be your opponents).

You will need to protect yourself, and prevent people from attacking you. There are many ways in order to prevent this:

• Taxes: Baird, Steward of Argive, Windborn Muse, Norn's Annex, Ghostly Prison, Propaganda and Sphere of Safety can prevent people from attacking you by adding additional mana cost per creature, in order to attack you.
• Pillows: Fog Bank, Guard Gomazoa, Wall of Denial and Wall of Frost are somehow good in order to block early attacking creatures, with just a little mana effort.
• Deterrents: Blazing Archon, Fatespinner, Godhead of Awe + Lightmine Field, Isperia, Supreme Judge, Stormtide Leviathan, Aurification and Dissipation Field will make impossible to your opponents to attack you, or at least they'll set some drawbacks on them.

Of course there are also active ways to prevent enemies to attack us, like our commander itself, Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer, that with its ability can prevent enemies' creature to attack and block, offering them a draw, as an offer for a peace pact.

Utilities

You want to DRAW. Please DRAW. Dovin Baan, Jace, Unraveler of Secrets, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea, Curse of Verbosity, Mystic Remora, Howling Mine, Rhystic Study will help you with this.

Hanna, Ship's Navigator can be very useful if you want to bring back one of your enchantments.

Willbreaker can be good if you want to steal other players' creature.

Karmic Justice will prevent people from targeting your stuff.

Daxos of Meletis is usually a good 3 mana drop, allowing you to play opponents' spell and gain some life.

Win conditions

Azor's Elocutors if no one can attack you, it will lead you to victory.

Felidar Sovereign can let you win if you'll have enough life.

Approach of the Second Sun for gaining life and maybe win; Dig Through Time can make things easy.

Guile + Dovescape for infinite birds.

Jace, Unraveler of Secrets ultimate + Eidolon of Rhetoric if you want your enemies to concede, since they will not be able to cast anything on their turn.

Conclusions

Not really an active or aggro deck, will let you think and play commander as a politic. Find your ally, Chose your enemies wisely, create some hostility between them, force other players to attack eachother.

And in the end, just win your game.
