I tried to include as many +1/+1 counters, token generators, and proliferate cards as I could. If the buffed angel and token spam doesn't work, the other play is Emrakul, the Promised End + Finale of Devastation . Just added Approach of the Second Sun as a third option. Local meta is artifact-heavy so I included as many "destroy artifact" cards as I could.

Pulled some of the less-effective creatures out in favor of artifacts to help cast the angels. Planar Gate should stack with Urza's Incubator and Oketra's Monument to bring the CMCs down.
