Cheap draw instants/sorceries combine with Guttersnipe and Burning Vengeance to deal damage. Curiosity can be placed on Guttersnipe for extra draw. Epic Experiment serves as a finisher, ideally doing 8-10 damage off a Guttersnipe. Fog Bank and Inaction Injunction hold off threats while you wear your opponents life down. Electrickery and Mizzium Mortars can be sideboarded in against aggressive decks, while Dispel can help deal with control decks.

Edit-Changed the land base to reflect what lands I have. Since most spells are fairly cheap, having duals is not critical.
