Counter-burn using Guttersnipe and Curiosity to net massive card advantage while keeping the opponent pinned down.
I know there are some issues as far as heavy control elements - O-ring and Detention Sphere against Guttersnipe ruin my day. I'm actually looking at sideboarding UW and RW duals, Faith's Reward (anti-sweeper) and Oblivion Ring / enchantment removal to keep a fighting chance.

11.11.12 Edit: -4 Inspiration (4x Think Twice and Curiosity are plenty of card draw) +2 Syncopate, +2 Snapcaster Mage
Good point. My only other suggestion is maybe make room for another Snapcaster. He's too good.
I don't think you need 23 land with your curve, you need to get to three at the most. I don't think 4x Think Twice is necessary either, 3x is probably good enough. Consider taking out a few lands (two mountains and an island?) and a Think Twice for a playset of Delvers. Now you've got a very early threat and you've got so many instants and sorceries he'll probably flip just fine.
Meant to say two islands and a mountain, don't know what happened there.
