The combination of Simic and Izzet, with a higher lean towards Izzet, is the goal of this deck. I am not going to be using much, if any, Gruul cards.

I honestly don't know the win condition of this deck, but out of the 6 times I've played it's won 5 times and lost only once. The big thing I am seeing is that I have a large card advantage and board control most of the time, though I never can seem to get damage in unless I get Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind onto the field.

Any suggestions are welcome, I would love to improve upon this deck.
