What I think is different take on the Atraxa deck, the focus is on charge counters, either for a win con or manafixing-heavily artifact based. Infinite mana is generated through Basalt Monolith + Mana Reflection or Astral Cornucopia on four + Filigree Sages. The infinite mana can be dumped into Walking Ballista or Debt to the Deathless Simic Ascendancy and Darksteel Reactor are hard set win cons that are accelerated due to the nature of the deck. Various combinations result in unlimited turns via Magistrate Scepter; the easiest is Core Tapper + Mimic Vat.
