Quick synergy deck builds up big creatures quickly and allows you to draw cards.
With various updates this deck has come a long way, if i had all the dual lands it would be so powerful. I've made the mana cost low and with the 4 Experiment One and 3 Cloudfin Raptor you are more likely to have a good opening hand. And basically every creature you play after that will make it evolve and evolve other creatures whilst adding more counters from the enchantments and doubling them from Vorel of the Hull Clade.

So I made this deck because I seriously think that G/U isunderrated in the current standard blocks. When you playtest this deck it has insane synergy with +1/+1 counters, drawing cards, and even life gain from the Horizon Chimera .It maybe could use some land help like Terramorphic Expanse or replace the Agent of Horizons and/or Shambleshark with a land grabber or something. Those two creatures are the only ones I'm considering exchanging for better cards because I really want to move Savage Summoning back in the main. When you have any of the rare multicolored cards are on the field at the same time, its just unfair! Prophet of Kruphix is just ridiculous and if you have Horizon Chimera with a Fathom Mage you are going to gain a ton of life and draw a bunch cards because there's so many ways to place counters on the Fathom Mage . I couldn't not have Bioshift in this deck it works way too well for the ability to move counters around as I attack or defend or move some to a flyer/unblockable or just on top of Fathom Mage again to draw cards/gain life.

I think you need some more card draw, I play tested it 3 times and seemed to always have only one or two cards in hand. Bred for the Hunt would be great for this deck or the Bident of Thassa . Another option would be Prime Speaker Zegana who draws you all the cards you need especially with Master Biomancer
