This is my attempt at building Gruul() Dragons with Atarka, World Render as the Commander, as he is also cheap to acquire.

I picked Gruul as the mana base after realizing that Green is the king of ramp, and trying to build a Mono-Red Dragon deck falls short on me. I wasn't satisfied with Zirilan of the Claw as a Commander.
